THE STORY BEHIND THE TRAINER
Jerold Yap’s journey into training and personal transformation began from real business experience. As an entrepreneur, he understands the pressure of leadership, decision-making, communication, sales, people management and personal growth.
Through NLP, Jerold discovered practical tools that helped him understand human behaviour, emotional patterns, communication and mindset at a deeper level. This became the foundation of his work as a trainer.
Today, Jerold combines NLP, psychology, business experience and practical training methods to help people communicate better, lead with more confidence and create meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.
